个人简介

 

杨翠萍,女,研究员,博士生导师,2001年在华东师范大学获理学学士学位,2007年在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院获理学博士学位,2006-2012 年在美国德州西南医学中心做博士后,2012年5月被全职引进回中国科学院昆明动物研究所,2022年1月起就职于上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院。长期利用临床肿瘤组织样本、小鼠等模式生物,从事肿瘤发生机制、干细胞多能性维持、抗肿瘤及提高干细胞功能新药筛选等,并进行临床转化应用研究,具有深厚的遗传及细胞生物学研究背景。已发表论文 41篇,其中作为第一或通讯作者(包括共同)在 Nature Communications, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Cell Research, Theranostics, National Science Review, Molecular Cancer, Cell Death & Disease 等国际一流学术期刊杂志上发表论文27篇。申请发明专利11项,已获得授权8项。先后获上海市优秀学术带头人,上海交大双百人,云南省“杰出青年”,云南省高层次人才培养支持计划青年拔尖人才,云南省中青年学术和技术后备人才,云南省科学技术进步三等奖,云南省卫生科技成果三等奖,中科院青年创新促进会年会“交叉与创新奖”等称号和奖项。现为中国遗传学会青年委员会委员,中国生物化学与分子生物学学会、中国细胞生物学会、中国抗癌协会会员。受邀为Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Gene Therapy, Oncology Reports 等杂志审稿。
